What We Do

Peace of Mind Medicaid Consultant helps the Elderly and Disabled Adults in NH who need to apply for the State of NH Long Term Care Medicaid Program.

We are a statewide Health Services program.  In the last few months we've served clients in:

             Rochester, Dover, Manchester, Nashua, Concord, Epping, Barrington, N. Conway, Goffstown,                                    Nottingham, Wolfeboro, Milton, Durham, Pembroke, Hampton and Madbury.

 

Individuals and families are faced with life changing decisions when placing someone in a Nursing Home or Assisted Living.   Then having to complete the "RED TAPE" process of the NH Medicaid Program; it can really put a great deal of additional " STRESS AND HARDSHIP" on an already difficult time.

•      We gather all of the required documents needed for this program.

•      We attend the State of NH required appointment to process this application.

•      We monitor our client's case so that any additional information needed by the State is provided timely.
